7:30-9am Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays
Session 1 June 12-30 Session 2 July 10-28
Swim laps, set goals, become stronger and gain confidence through this 1.5-hour practice.
Must have a base knowledge of all the strokes, freestyle, breaststroke, backstroke, and Butterfly.
Proficiency of strokes is not necessary. We will work on stroke development.
Must be able to swim 25 yards without stopping.
In addition to getting better, stronger, and faster, we will also have some fun!
